How It Works - The Outplacement Center

Our 12-month Online Career Transition Program, the longest one in the industry, can be delivered to all of your displaced employees at a fraction of the cost of “traditional” outplacement services with the opportunity for you to provide A La Carte custom options.  In truth, we can work it any way that suits your needs!

Once you agree that The Outplacement Center will become your resource to assist your outgoing employees, we provide each participant with a user name and password to get them started.

Because some individuals still have little understanding of what “outplacement” actually is, we are happy to come in to conduct a presentation once all are on board and ready to listen.  If there is a preliminary need to be on premise during the actual time of dissemination, we will be there to speak with those having a difficult time.

Once all is underway, your employees can enjoy a self-paced opportunity to engage in a step by step process to get them to their next most suitable position.  They enjoy the flexibility of self-pacing within the 10 module series, and can reach out for more assistance through our support desk.  We will remain responsive to individual needs throughout the program.

In addition, for a reasonable fee, we are happy to customize the entire program to have it look like an “in-house” offer.
